Privacy Policy

GinaKiss Fitness ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use our website and app, why we collect it and the rights you have.

Data we collect

• Account details: name, email address and sign-in information (including Google sign-in).
• Health and fitness data: weight, height, goals, workouts, meals, step and activity data, and connected tracker data you choose to share.
• Photos: progress and check-in photos, onboarding photos used to create your generated target preview, and meal or fridge photos you upload.
• Messages you exchange with your coach.
• Payment information: processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• Technical data: device, browser and basic usage information needed to keep the service secure and working.

How we use your data

• To provide your training plans, meal plans, coaching, progress tracking and rewards.
• To provide automated features you request, such as target previews, meal estimates and recipe ideas. Fridge photos are processed only to produce suggestions and are not stored.
• To manage subscriptions, billing and the quarterly prize draw.
• To respond to support requests and keep the service secure.

Health data and photos are special category data. We process them only with your explicit consent, which you give when you provide them, and you can withdraw consent at any time by deleting the data or your account.

Who can see your data

Your private photos and health data are visible only to you and your coach. Leaderboards show only your display name and points. We use trusted service providers for hosting, automated image and text processing and payments, who process data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards. We never sell your data.

Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. If you close your account we delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except where we must keep records (for example payment records) for legal reasons.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction, deletion or export of your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO).

Cookies

We use only essential cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in and the app working. We do not use advertising cookies.
